SrvSVCNAM bi-mode HTTPS/HTTP avec certificat "universel"

La nouvelle version de SrvSVCNAM pour Windows est bi-mode HTTPS/HTTP. Elle installe une AC dans le navigateur (et non plus un certificat auto-signé).
